How to make
1.Chop the onion into strips.
2.Cook the thinly sliced pork belly in a pan.
3.Set aside the sliced pork belly and fry the onions in the remaining oil. Fry the onions until they become soft and brown in color.
4.Wipe off the oil with a paper towel and then pour in the milk.
5.Boil it over high heat.
6.When it boils, add solid curry and stir to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
7.Add the udon noodles and stir gently with chopsticks to loosen the udon noodles.
8.Once the udon noodles and seasoning are well-seasoned, turn off the heat.
9.Place the udon noodles on a plate and top with sliced pork belly as a garnish to complete the dish.
