Stir-fried mushroom vermicelli
This dish is fried noodles that I easily make and eat when I don't have ramen at home and want to eat noodles, or when I want to eat japchae or when I'm craving japchae rice, or when I have 3 or 4 mushrooms left and I'm having trouble getting rid of them. This is also really simple, but it makes a good meal ^^ In fact, I suddenly want to eat Japchae and it's really annoying to make, but even if I make it, it's difficult for me who lives alone!! In addition, leftover ingredients are bound to be a problem, but if you make stir-fried glass noodles like this, you can fully enjoy the taste of japchae and it is enough for a meal, and if there are any leftovers, it is good as a side dish.. It is a good dish because it is simple. The texture is much better if you use flat glass noodles, so keep that in mind when making it.
