How to make

    1. Remove blood from the meat with a paper towel.
You can rinse it in water, but press it gently with a paper towel to release plenty of iron.
    2. Cut the meat into pieces and blanch it in boiling water. After about a minute, take it out when the color changes.
You can soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove blood, but it is cleaner to blanch it.
    3. Add the meat, vegetables, kelp, and the braised sauce and boil over high heat.
If you have shiitake mushrooms at home, it becomes more delicious if you add them. Or, you can add radish to make the meat soft.
    4. When it boils like this over high heat, take out the kelp and boil it over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
    5. For the quail eggs, add 1T of salt and 1T of vinegar to cold water and after the water boils. You can take it out after 7 minutes.
Before boiling, if you stir in one direction from the time bubbles appear until it boils, the yolk will come to the center and even peel off the shell. It's convenient.
    6. Once boiled, soak in cold water to cool.
After it's cooled, crack the round bottom and peel the shell.
If the yolk comes out, the soybean paste will become cloudy or burst, so put it in your mouth.
