Ingredients
- 100 Grams Beef, meat, laen, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Sweet soy sauce (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Garlic, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Shallot, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Cucumber, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Carrot, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Lime, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Red chili, fresh (indonesia)
How to make
1.Cut the meat into squares/cabbage shapes. Uk. 1x1x2cm. Marinade the meat with sweet/salt soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, ground galangal and sliced red/white onions for a minimum of 1 hour.
2.Skewer the meat like satay and prepare a flat cooking pan and add a little cooking oil over low/medium heat.
3. Note: chicken must be grilled until cooked (no 1/2 cooked), while steak can be grilled 1/2 cooked, from medium rare to well done.
