How to make
1. Boil the chicken pieces in 1 ½ liters of water, let stand until boiling.
2.After boiling and the chicken is cooked, take the finely shredded chicken, set aside.
3. Grind the ground spices and saute the spices in coconut oil. Don't forget to add lemongrass, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant.
4.Mix the stir-fry with boiled chicken stock until it boils.
5.Add the spring onions and tomatoes. Then add pepper, nutmeg, coriander powder, salt. You can taste and adjust the taste.
6.After boiling and the taste is right, serve the shirataki vermicelli, thick, egg and shredded chicken on top. Pour on the soto sauce and the dish is ready to be served.
