- 100 Grams Candlenut (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Coriander, dried (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Turmeric, fresh (indonesia)
- 100 Grams Palm oil (indonesia)
How to make
1. Tips for washing chicken and removing odors. Wash the chicken and remove the fat (the white part near the skin). If you like skin, you can still include the skin. After draining, add lime juice and shred the lime leaves. Leave it for approximately 30 minutes.
2.Place the ground spices in the spice grinding machine.
3.Heat the oil and saute the ground spices along with the aromatic spices, cook until cooked over low heat or until the oil releases.
4.After cooking, add the chicken one by one, stir evenly, then add water.
5. Increase the heat and add spices, stir then cook until the chicken is tender. Cover the pan so the chicken becomes tender quickly. When it is soft, add the coconut milk and stir evenly.
6. Don't forget to taste test and place in a container.
